Every successful project starts with a conversation. I need to listen to your unique requirements and typically visit your site to be able to give an accurate fee estimate. Get in touch to arrange a complimentary, no-obligation call.
As a guide:
Garden design consultation: Fees start at £240 for an initial site visit.
Garden redesign: Concept designs start at £960 plus the initial consultation fee - please see below for more in depth information regarding fees for services offered as part of the redesign process.
Bespoke planting design for existing spaces: Fees start at £480, plus the initial consultation fee.
Bespoke design follow-up: Follow-up after your project has been completed is tailored entirely to your needs and so bespoke fees are calculated accordingly.
Charities and community gardens: If you are a charity or would like help creating a community garden, please get in touch to see what we can work out.

Garden Redesign Fees
Steps 1 - 3. Concept Design, Detailed Design, and Realisation
Fees can vary tremendously depending on the nature of your unique project. I have given some examples below of fees involved in a garden redesign of various sizes of project to act as a guide.

Garden Size: 50 - 200 m2

Typical fee range for standard service: £960 - £1,800

Typical fee range for assisting you with CDM regulations and the tendering process: £345 - £720
Other elements of this stage, during the construction and planting phases, and post construction, are charged at my hourly rate according to how much or how little input is required.
